What is it with men?

I find this to happen alot and its rather funny.

Headsup, guy makes a terrible call and all I have to do is lol him or say nc. Of course that opens the table for trash talking, and I then poke fun at his lack of creativity, which usually gets them a little more aggressive with their mouth. Eventually they make a comment with a few bleeped out words and end it with dude or man or something of the sort, to which I enter no I am a woman. and then it starts

"I'm sorry"
sorry I thought you were a dude and on it goes.

The funny thing is after the realize that I am no longer a guy they become very predictable, and passive. They stop raising...the aggressiveness is gone and they dont see it. One game I told him that he went weak as soon as I told him I wasnt some guy and his game went out the window. He didnt pick up on it. Just something funny that happens, but it only happens when you get the guy that will apologize for his potty mouth.

GIve it a go sometime, you can see the men who were brought up to respect women and they continue to do so at the table. A couple months ago at FT this one guy offered to give me tips on how I should have played the hand.....

Personally, I treat everyone equally online, regardless of gender. But I do know that some men tend to change their attitude when they realize they are in fact dealing possibly with a h0t chixx0rz. Why? I don't know. Some strange fantasy? Are they intimidated? Or are they so innocent that they don't think the ladies can handle the verbal abuse so they tone it down? Or maybe they suddenly realize that they may be wrong about their "complaint" since they were wrong about their preconception of who they were dealing with. Who knows? Personally, I think it's some kind of sub conscious fetish that kicks in. Suddenly, they stop typing with their brains and start typing with their penises. lol! Well... some of them anyway.

I also like to try and " pick up women" at the tables lol if they have one of those hot looking women avatars all ask a question like " are you as beautiful in real life" cheesy stuff like that. its pretty lame but I have managed to get 3 msn adds out of it haha

Most players take women to be sweet and inocent, even at the poker table, and they want to show mercy at the table.

Even though the game has changed in the years, poker was a MANS game.... so, if your gonna play a mans game, I'll treat you like a man! LOL! I only see one thing when I play... money!

I dont mean anything sexist by that statement at all either. I welcome women to the game. But just like many other things, no woman has ever won the WSOP!
