Can someone help fix my screen?

Hey guys,

Something happened last night that messed up the IE screen. It has ballooned in size and you can only see the top tool bar/nav bar if you put your mouse to the top.

I am using Vista

1280x800 is the resolution I have when I right click on desktop.

LOL, yep.

I could not for the life of me figure it out. Daughter coms by, smashes a few keys and we are good to go.
