Just sitting at a short handed 2-4 NL table for 5 hours and watching the fish cycle through while you take their money. Now that is a great feeling. (Disclaimer - I have been that fish before)

Being the big stack at one of these tables a few hours later however has HUGE advantages. When you have every new player buying in covered by 500% or more it is a nice feeling. I like to think in these situations if you avoid tilt and play smart that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Last time I was in Vegas I played a 1-2 NL game at The Palms with a max $100 buy in and after about 6 hours I had over $1000 in chips at the table. It was comical to see the new people at the table bitching because I was rasing any pot I got involved in for at least $20 pre-flop. Of course even more comical is that I lost $10,000 playing in the WSOP inside of 8 hours. :P

It is nice to be the big stack at the table. I played a couple nights ago on Empire (yes, there are still some players left ) and within 90 minutes I had the rest of the table covered by $75. I gotta say though, I much prefer full tables to shorthanded ones. I'm naturally tight-aggressive, so I like to have more money on the table and longer in between the blinds.

By the way, I got to PR after the whole Pink Bunny thing. How did the actually playing go? Was it a bad beat? Did you have any big-name players at your table?
