Anyone play at any of the Prima Poker sites, i.e. Gaming Club, River Belle, etc. Just curious to get your thoughts.

Played a little bit at Gaming Club, and we've got a handful of players over there.

Personally, I dislike the game interface while you were actually playing. It wasn't logical/smooth/user friendly at least to what is at party/stars etc... They've got plenty of traffic and we've had decent success with player retention.

The affiliate program isn't bad, they have some aggressive account reps that will work with you if you are wanting to try something new and it looks like the stats are actually working correctly now.

Anyone play or do much buisness with Noble Poker?

Jeremy,

I play an awful lot on Prima Poker (Poker Alias: Vadeo). This site has alot of positives. They have been growing rapidly the past year. I find their headsup games to be great, there is good action there (although they just doubled the rake from .50 to $1.00/hand in the past month). Easy to win money on these tables if you know how to play headsup properly as most people don't.

They have excellent promos for the player. Each prima site basically has their own promo. They have high limit tables up to $200-$400. There are alot of very high quality players on these high level tables so you have to be careful.

I would recommend this site for the high stakes players as their is a reasonable amount of money on the site at the high level ring games. The drawback to the site is that there are fewer players. Most games are shorthanded (6 or less players). There's usually only 1 or 2 full table games going on at any one time above $5-$10. So if you like the full table games, I would take a pass on this site.

funny you would ask

i find them overcrowded and corrupt, but i do play at bet365 occasionally

the most bizarre online poker experience i had was at captain cooks, another prima room

wheteher you choose to believe this or not, is up to you, but it did happen

i was dealt Q-Q, at a ring game, 2 other players raise, reraise preflop
the flop is Q-7-7

again, the players are betting, raising, there is over $200 in the pot at this point, i'm just calling along, knowing my hand won't get beat

then, on the turn, i am replaced in my seat by another player, right in the middle of the hand, i have never seen anything like it, i am no longer at the table, where i was sitting, there is now someone else

wtf, i got no explanation, only that the player who took my seat was from sweden, and almost the whole table was from sweden, and prima software is from sweden

thats it, i call up captain cook, imagine trying to explain this event to someone, needless to say the conversation ended with a reply of fu very much captain cook.

I play over at Royal Vegas. I have found it to have very beatable low-limit SNGs and very loose pot-limit Hold'em and Omaha Hi-Lo games.

This was one of the first places that I played for real money and was able to increase my bankroll by 8x.

Interface is crappy compared to the nice graphics at Party or Stars or even UB, but the games can be pretty loose.

They do show the flop percentages that Party doesn't which often times is a great indicator of a loose game.

Feel free to chat if you see me on there. Login is Skitt.
