This post is just to gauge interest.
In order to raise funds for expansion we might soon be selling 20% of a lower six figure per year well established affiliate business.
The current structure is 2 partners each owning 50%.
I'm not looking to waste anyones time as we might not go this route, its just a strong consideration right now - ALL of the money raised will be reinvested back into the business. With some cash injection used to hire additional staff and do major site upgrades we feel we could replace the income were selling to an investor in a relatively short period of time. We're very active in working this business, have paid staff and none of that is going to change. This is 100% to do with expansion and nothing to do with needing $ or with loss of interest.
The amount of the investment is to be determined, but a ball part is going to be $45K - $75K - the target break even will be 12-24 months and were hoping for the lower of that # obviously

This paragraph here is very rough and not set anywhere near in stone - I just mention this to avoid getting contacted from those with only a few grand to invest or someone looking to get rich overnight.
Our actual current business was started in Jan 2007, however it was a merger between a late 2004, and late 2005 company. Our main site was live in 2005 and has redirects from sites we owned in 2004. Income is on a slight (empahsis on slight) decline, but nothing major and it relates to cancelation of a program we were involved with. Income is still steady, growing in other areas and well diversified.
Interested in preliminary talks only at this point.
