Default Working hard but not making money? Lets work together

I've been in affiliate marketing in several different industries since the internet was brand new. I run into a lot of people making big money online and also into a lot of people that are just lazy or for whatever reason don't do much and sit around expecting results. Add people who are on there way to making big money and thats pretty much what the majority of the industry is made up of, those three groups.

Every now and then go I come across people who work, and work, and work and don't make much money. Actually I hope he don't mind me saying so but my current business partner although he was still rather new when we met, was a member of this group. He kept expanding his site, redid it a few times, built links had good traffic but was really struggling to make a dime. I totally saw his potential and commitment but actually had to twist his arm a bit to get him to merge our companies with him paying the cash value for the difference. Pretty much its worked out great and everything I've told him we would make by X date we've made and then some.

I'm not making this post to brag, but feel its important to qualify. I've started from scratch and build SEVERAL 6 figure for year internet marketing businesses. I've been in tons of partnerships and to be honest I think only about 20% of the have worked out - but a few have more than worked out. Pretty much i know what it takes to make long term passive residual income.

Right now I'm in a position where I would not mind partnering with a few people who have time to work in exchange for access to my support and network.

I'm not looking to jump into anything big right now though. I'm thinking perhaps launching a few mini sites will several different partners and then seeing who does the work - who takes it seriously etc - and then expanding with them from there.

I don't have anything in particular in mind - so its all negotiable based on the individual and what makes sense for both of us.

This post is intended for the people who really need help. In 6 months or something I'll probably be looking for a couple joint projects with already successful or at least established and talented affiliates. Right now though my time commitment is limited to a little one on one support here and there and then directing my staff to better assist partners. I'm all about increasing residual and reducing time I work right now as I plan to move to Vegas and be playing tournament poker as a sport/hobby/passion full time - I'll still be working but its going to be a couple 8 hour days and then the rest of the days 2 hours or so.

If you're interest shoot me a PM
