Looking to do Poker Affiliate Co-op Forum

I have the domain and Money to start a "co-op" forum. The members all be part owners and earn from the ads and sub affiliate banners.
I will have 20% stake for putting up server, money, and domain.

I will not subtract server costs or vbulletin from earnings for first 2 years.

As many people can join as they like.

There may be three levels of membership.
