Looking for a Polish, Hungarian, English and maybe Russian Partner

hi,
i am looking for a smart person (one Polish, one Hungarian, one English, maybe Russian).
I am a co-founder of www.pokermania.sk covering czech and slovak republic and we would like to start also on the other markets aswell.
Our idea is to make a clones of our community portal and with somebody from mentioned regions create join venture. The new portal will be stand alone with all features as our mother site, included rakeback implemented from PAS. The main role of the person we looking for would be content issues, adding news in native language, taking care of forum, basicly taking care of running the portal. For this we offer a % of all income we generate for the whole portal (MGR, CPA, flat deals, promo news, advertisment and so on...).

We prefer people with any kind of experience in poker marketing, willing to do this on high level, enthusiastic and with good overview of poker news...

We cover all expanses in rebranding the portal, translating it to language. All you need to invest is your time, and experience...
