mansion dont pay my money, and have blocked me, what should i do?

I have taking over 300 players to mansion i earned over 1000€ in 1week, before i started to affiliate i asked the support if they giving 10$ free to new customers and the support said yes, this was in the live support sektion. Now they said i have affiliate players to theirs site with a promotion witch i cant offer they said, but the support said yes before i started to affiliate to them. please help me.

If you communicated with live support, tell me the email address you used and I can find the message that was sent to you.

If you communicated via live chat tell me when you did this and I can find a transcript of the chat.

I have checked all of your previous email correspondences with the support team as well as your Live Chat session (see attached)



No where is there any approval given by them for you to offer this free $10 to your players or free seats to a $110K tournament. You mentioned that you were an experienced affiliate but if that is the case, surely you must have known that whatever Live Support may tell you, this sort of offer could only be confirmed by the Affiliate Manager.



So far you have referred just under 300 players to Mansion. About 50% of them have played. Not one of them has ever deposited. Surely you can see that even if we were to give you the benefit of the doubt about your motives for offering this promotion to your players without permission that we cannot agree to make payments to you for these players.

So basically you sent 300 players on CPA and none have deposited any of their own money. They all just played on the free $10 you gave them? Now you want Mansion to pay you CPA's on all these players????

This is obviously a case of CPA fraud. I wouldn't pay you either.

When are people going to learn that giving $10 up to even $50 via inter account transfers DO NOT and NEVER WILL work for 90% of affiliates on CPA.

Actually tannari is right. Mansion(promoter) site clearly says: "*Minimum play levels required to trigger bounties. Minimum casino bet: 100.00 GBP, and minimum poker play: GBP 10.00 in rake and/or tournament fees. " there is no mention about deposit . If his players generated over 10 GBP I think he should be paid. Rules are rules....if the problem is that rake generated by them was lower than total CPA so why Mansion is offering such affiliate program??change your rules to minimum of 50 GBP for CPA and will be ok...and the next thing is: how can you say that information taken from the livechat are not good?!sorry...but this way they showing that their company is one big mess.

I don't understand what bad is in that he informed players that mansion offers 10$ no deposit bonus and used it as the catch.thats really sick...I think he didn't do anything what was agains their T&C. Fraud traffic?so what u mean by fraud traffic guys?ppl who register because their want to get no deposit bonus?it is fraud trafic?almost every poker player starts from free cash...
