Room Rates

The more I am planning the Canadian Meetup, the more excited I am getting. This is going to be a GREAT time. Tomorrows I am going to secure a block of 25 rooms for us. The group rates are:

Friday Sept. 5th - $149 City View or $179 Falls View
Saturday Sept. 6th - $179 City View or $279 Fallsview


Don't worry though, I am going to make sure to reserve the biggest suite they have for any after hours parties we have.........or in the event Kyle needs a room big enough to bring a whole gaggle of women back to.

Also I know it was mentioned in another thread "why we don't do a proper conference?"

We are planning on a doing a proper conference in Canada in the next 18 months. This however is planned to be simple, cheap, and a load of fun for affiliates. This is more of a getaway where we can all just have fun and NOT be forced to sit in conference rooms talking about affiliate stuff all day. I'll let you guys know when the rates are secured and when you can make your reservations.

I'll give away a few rooms as well if you guys can come up with a creative way to do it..... (not my suite though)

How about doing some sort of contest for a room to give away. Maybe people can submit their funniest or best travel stories, and members can vote for a favorite. Get ready for the theme by talking traveling stories Just an idea.

For booking the rooms, do we just need to contact Falls view direct and mention PAP or do we work through the new travel avent Jeremy???

I will post all the info as soon as I get it. I am just waiting confirmation from Fallsview on what you need to say when booking since we have a block of rooms and negotiated rates.
