Hey Guys & Gals,

For those of you planning on attending the Canadian Meetup it is time to make your reservations. We have a block of 20 rooms reserved and they will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

To get the special room rate, you will need to use the reservation code "AFF"

Additionally you can download a reservation form here.

Also let me know when you have made your reservation so we can keep an eye on how many rooms we have left. Thanks

Yes, but I don't think you can get the group rate by using the code "AFF"

Booked it a few days ago. My wife Donna will be by my side. Only question I had was from the mailer tonight:

PAP Canadian Meet-Up

Date: September 5 - 7, 2008
Location: Fallsview Hilton, Niagara Falls, Ontario
Cost: $650 before March 1

Do we need to pay for this in addition to the rooms or is that for sponsorship??

I have no idea why that is there....... Obviously there is no cost to attend. Sorry about that and thanks for the heads up. I'll follow up with Nathan who sends our newsletters.
