is anybody outraged at the fact we will not get paid for empire players after the recent deal with partygaming?

Is PAW still plan on being certified partners with them?

Casino affilite programs has cancelled their contract with them and advise all affiliates to stop promoting PartyGaming

Party did absolutely nothing wrong. The amateurish ranting on that other board is embarrassing.

Party had no deal with Empire affiliates, and (it should be obvious) never has even had access to Empire affiliate information. Empire could cancel their affiliates contracts at any time for any reason. This is the nature of the business.

We've talked about this dozens of times here on PAW. The industry is going to consolidate, and when a single player is consolidated from two cardrooms to one, affiliate deals MUST be impacted. It is a literal impossibility to not do so. Most important of all, anyone who thinks "lifetime of the player" means the next 50+ years is a delusional person at best. (But even that doesn't apply here as Empire Poker is going to cease to exist so of course all Empire affiliate or other deals will cease and player "lives" will be over since the cardroom will be gone.)

Those guys at CAP are clueless. I hope they all stop promoting PartyGaming, less competition for the rest of us. Not like they were doing much business with them anyways, otherwise, they would not drop them.

I agree (for once) with PPP. It's no different if I work for company A that is purchased by company B. Just because I've put in years of hard work as a salesman at company A doesn't mean I'm ENTITLED to have a job with company B. UNLESS something was expressly put into the contract or attached as a rider, I'm SOL.

Good Post PPP, i agree with you. EOL had an agreement with its affiliate and why shlould party pay for it.
CAP has this habit of blackmailing poker rooms and black listing them , they did that with paradise last year.
Party said that they have paid EOL for all the players and its EOL's duty to pay affiliate any future revenues. Why should party twice for same players? doesnt make sense
I do understand the issue with player revenue loss that people have to bear with , but it doesnt help if you cry in a forum...................
