Im sure everyone knows about the sites that wll give you a free $50 to play on partypoker. I was just interested in how they make money, since i know most poker sites dont let people stay on the CPA program if their players arent redepositing. So are they doing it on the shared rake plan. anyone know?

Its not tough to figure out, they get paid $75 or $100 and keep the difference.

It's a hell of a lot of work to make $25 bucks though. I wouldn't recommend this model to make money.

There is a huge amount of fraud, you have to check ip addresses, call people to verify identities, etc.

Really not worth it in the long run in my opinion and you do run the risk of not getting paid if the players are not quality players and at least generate the amount of rake that was paid as CPA

How would you check the IP address via email?

checking ip address from email is going to depend on what email program you use.

for Microsoft Outlook.

1. Open the message
2. Click on View from Menu Bar at top
3. Select Options and then look for info in "Internet Headers" at bottom of box.

for Yahoo:

just below the bottom toolbar on the right hand side look for "full headers"

And most other email programs will be some variant of either of the above methods.

You could also build a form on your web page with the fields you want and have the form automatically capture the ip address. If you suck at web forms, check out logiforms, super easy to build complex forms:

That is good to know. Anyway to see if mail was sent from the same IP on yahoo without checking for specific mailing. In other words, searching for mail from certain IP's.
