Wow. So we are now on a par with the Danes, Israelis, Ukrainians, and other great countries which have been barred from bonuses????

And, to add insult to injury - USA is the only country banned from bonuses!

However, other countries are banned totally:

Hard to see what reason Yanks will have to play here with the other options available.

Yes, U.S. players are allowed to play at the casinos. However per their terms and conditions, they are not eligible for bonuses.
