PAW Freerolls Listing Script

Hello people,

Just a quick heads up for those of you using my PAW Freeroll listing script on your website.

For those of you using the script (which is PHP code) on non PHP pages such as .htm / .html - you can do this by adding a code into .htaccess file to tell your webserver to parse PHP code on a .htm/.html page.

I think quite a number of hosts are upgrading their PHP versions on their server and this has cause not just problems to my sites running the script but also to some others.

The solution is simple however.

For example my host upgraded to PHP5 on my server and I had to change my .htaccess as follows:

Before I had

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .htm

which stopped working after the PHP upgrade.

So I had to change it to:

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php .htm

So if you are having problems and the PAW freerolls listing script has suddenly stopped working then this is probably the reason, and it is relatively easy to sort out.

hey man i noticed that not all the pokernews freerolls are shown on your script.. i really need to advertise the POKERSTARS freerolls.. would you be able to update them soon?

i was told our players are allowed to participate in all POKERNEWS freerolls.. correct me if im wrong here somebody :F

Hi Zilla - I'm still having issues getting the script to run in Wordpress.

MachoMan - I've updated all the freerolls listed - you should see the missing Pokernews ones in the listing now together with all the other freerolls available to those promoting through PAW.

Shortstack - how are you trying to insert it - via setting up a seperate page template in WP or by inserting it into a post / page directly in the WP backend?

I've not tried inserting in a post/page directly in the WP backend although Kaus informed in this post that she had done it this way and how to do it.

If you want me to look at amending a page template file for you then PM me. I will need access to your wordpress backend and the login to your PAW freerolls manager control panel.

Hi Zilla,

rooms "Mansion Poker" and "Ladbrokes Poker" are not installed on the script ... can you install this to announce the new freerolls?

Sorry I have been on Holiday - just catching up on everything.

I will add Mansion and Ladbrookes to the script when I get a chance - probably tomorrow.

Its all updated now - I've added both Mansion and Ladbrokes freerolls to the script

You can add the Mansion or Ladbrokes freerolls to your listings by ticking those rooms in the poker room selection page of your member control panel.

I've also updated all the available freerolls for all the other rooms aswell so the listings are now fully up to date.
