Well, we usually verify the request, and i approve it. It generally takes not more than 48 hours (weekdays).

Drop an email to the helpdesk, or PM with your details, and i can look at it personally for you and let you know if anything comes up.

It is a PokerStars policy that any player to player transfers are to be used for play at PokerStars and funds being transferred that are not used for play will not be approved for cash out.

As our IOM Gaming license specifically details that we must only use "certified" payments systems, this prevents PokerStars from offering players a money/payment transferring service directly, and our Security department is diligent in complying with this.

Thanks
Fiona

This is all the more reason to make all your cashouts from PAW via Full Tilt or other methods.

Weird that PS would team with PAW and not allow affiliates to cash out. Actually it is not weird, it is wrong.

I would strongly recommend you use PAW to cash out your PAW affiliate payments. This will prevent you experiencing unexpected delays.

Thanks
Fiona

I used Neteller. Use FT are you kidding??? Still waiting for my money since May! Everyone across the globe is having troubles with their money from these guys. Many have stopped promoting them due to this as well.
