I agree, if you have a problem you just have to tell them and if they can help you they will, if they are wrong the correct it.

I trust them, and this is the reason because my site is full of PAW links

I agree as well, this could only be a reporting glitch. The cool thing about PAW is that they are on our side of the table and I'd trust them way more than any poker room. Mistakes do happen and you only get paid for actual players of course.

If this was a PAW system-wide error there will surely be other affiliates who also had the same problem.

Are there other affiliates who have had a bunch of players mistakenly called RMP's for the months of December and January?
The only statistics we can forward to you are those that we receive from the Poker Room themselves. This is why payments are not made until the 20th because we manually verify the data that has been scraped to our system and work with the Poker Rooms to understand why discrepancies (if any) may have occurred.

Regards,
Kane

Hi Pokerpie,

The Room report still shows wrong stats (as it seems it's not so simple to fix it on their end). They've sent us a manual report with those who qualified. In your case it was 1 player. To let you know, all affiliates with same CPA requirements (not only PAW and you) were involved in this glitch. The excel is what we got from room affiliate manager. I will ask him to contact you directly - again.
