Default Question about Pokerstars new affiliate

Recently PAW dropped PokerStars right? So PAW is done supporting Pokerstars already or do we have till the end of August?

Also, I have tried to sign up as an affiliate at PokerStars by filling out the application and its been like a week with no reply. I have tried contacting them via their contact form and I still have heard nothing. Is there support slammed right now or are they just slow?

Please note that once you have your new Pokerstars Partners ID, please send an email to affiliates@pokeraffiliateworld.com with the new ID, your PAW ID and your PAW Pokerstars tracker numbers so we can ensure this migration is a smooth as possible.

Regards,
Kane

I'm a little bit sad, I like PAW because it allows you with one login to manage many rooms...just hope that it's not a signal of future trend.

Hi Luca,

I want to ensure you that it's not a signal PAW is growing fast and removing PS from our Network won't have a big impact for us. I really hope that after all you will be able to enjoy Pokerstars as you did through PAW. We'll do our best to make sure this migration is done as smooth as possible. We have a big variety of other good poker rooms/deals to offer

That's right!
We were the only affiliate network to carry PokerStars for our members, and it was a successful partnership because we had the capacity to provide the support that they were aiming for.

Now that PokerStars have got PSP up and running, they have decided to move back to a direct affiliate model, which they believe, as the biggest brand in the industry, suits them best.

Rest assured, all our other partners are more than happy about being on Poker Affiliate World, as we keep striving to satisfy both the operators, and yourself in this highly dynamic industry.

I'd also like to add that in my esperiences with both sides, Poker Stars now has a robust affiliate program, that had not been the case in the past really as they were way behind the industry for several years, never even had a web page let alone a site, you'd sign up through word of mouth from another affiliate back in the early days by sending this guy an email, was almost a secret society LOL. They no doubt benefited from the top shelf management at PAW, since then the program at Stars has come a long way though and while PAW does provide excellent servicing and no doubt has contributed significantly to their affiliate base they've decided for whatever reason to have everyone deal directly with them. However as has been said there are a great many excellent programs that are more than happy to have PAW as an intermediary to further promote thier programs and no doubt make them a bunch of extra money in the end and if anything the trend is the other way as PAW expands their business and adds even more great deals to affilates that they would not be able to get themselves.
