What are the requirements for my players in order to receive CPA commision? I have only found that for poker the avarage minimum deposit is $20, but are there any other requirements ( rake hands, etc.)?

And 2nd question:
I received an email that starting today you are offering $150 CPA for everyone till December 31. Just wanted to make sure it is true.

Hi,

The requirements for your players in order to receive CPA commission is indeed $20 minimum deposit on the poker and $50 on the casino.There are no any other requirements such rake hands, etc.

2nd answer:
We had started a new promotion (for a limited amount of time): all new affiliates received $150 CPA for Pacific Poker players.
Also, affiliates that had lower CPA poker commission than $150 will receive the new commission.
The CPA commission for Casino on Net, remains the same, up to $300 CPA.

Have you started offering CPA again then?

When I signed up to affiliate for 888 I was told after I signed up they no longer offerred CPA even though it was advertised on the affiliate site.

I haven't promoted them since.
