Question about stats

Hi,
A few day ago I send email to Marius. I am little worry about no response and I decide put the post here.

I am 100% sure that stats not working. In other rooms I have some demo players and at least 2-4 deposit players. PAW stats show only "0". I check linking code etc. and all is correct.

Before post here also I made another test. My friend open account (from my site) in SunPoker. He played over 500rh, has over 500MPPs and this is a lot.
My stats have still shown "0".

Sunpoker updates after 30 days I think...they are slow
and the other trackers should update after 2 days or something like that
then again like a week ago I suddenly got players showing up in december stats...so sometimes they are really really slow

If in doubt you can send me the players username and I will check directly with Mark to see if the player tracked properly.

I don't know all my user names. But if SunPoker update stats after 30 day maybe it's ok.

But what about PurpleLounge?? I promoted it before (directly from purple lounge affiliate program) and had about 20-30 demo players and 3-4 real players in month. In PAW stats I see only "0".
So I am still doubt in correctly working this stats.

Not sure if I understand correctly, but if you were promoting prior through purple lounge directly, those stats will not carry over to the PAW system, but will be on purple lounges system.

You will only see new sign-ups that signed up directly from your PAW tracker. Again I can look more in depth if you know players names or more info. But with just " I should have players that signed up there" I would not even know where to begin. I have not heard of anyone else having tracking issues however.

I don't think the stats are working correctly for January - well at least the updating of them.

I've been emailing Marius to get updates throughout January - as my stats showed zero's for the first half of the month (even though Marius was providing me with the real data), and then suddenly were updated around the 15th and now they haven't been updated since.

I think going forward this is probably a key area for improvement - up to date stats is a key performance indicator and needs to be as up to date as possible.

Only having my stats updated once in 21 days is not really workable in the long term.

I think you are right tbh.

Don't think I've seen an update since the 15th either.
