What are the benefits of submitting news? (Backlinks?) .. meaning If I submit my news to you, and someone else RSS feeds, do I get the b-link, or do you?

On the same token, if I use your news.. Am I giving up links? How fresh is it?

submitting news allows you to have links on my poker site (in your news story)

Having the news on your site allows for fresh content on a daily basis.

I do not run every strory submitted as we are starting to get quite a few spam submissions.
