I looked at the site and I'm interested in the offer, but just have some quick question.

You are placing the link on the first page of links among the other 9 sites on that page, correct?

This would transfer no more than 0.4 PR to my site, correct?

How is this offer better than submitting my site to your directory through the link you have available - no guarantee of first page?

It's a sitewide footer link, not a listing in the directory.
