Well, the Texas Turtle finished our "holdem simulator" which you can now see live at
http://www.toppoker.org/free-poker-software.html
It's a simple lil' program, but you can use it for some cool things like interactive stories/strategies, or just as a free tool for visitors.
Feel free to post your comments here. And if you think it's useful enough to add to your site, you can see the details and a screenshot of the generic (non-Turtle) version at

Basically, I am asking for a normal HTML link back from anywhere on the page(s) where you put it. Plus, you will notice that the copyright link in Flash goes to my site, but it opens up in a new window. In Firefox, target="_blank" gets blocked by pop-ups, so I have it set to target="_self" on my site. But I will show you how to set it so that the link won't work for Firefox users so that you don't lose any visitors.
One potential annoyance (because it's Flash-based) is that if a person continuously reloads the page, it will eventually crash (like other calculators I won't mention). But I don't expect many people (besides us webmasters) to do this. To get around this, you could have that particular page launch in a new window. Version 2.x will be faster and more robust, but it might be another 9 months from now...
You can turn off the sound effects if you don't like the Turtle's warped sense of humor, but I find them addictive.
Anyway, comments/suggestions are appreciated. We probably won't have the resources to include them in the currrent version, but we will try to include them in a future incarnation.
