Greetings

I have 2 rake back sites at the time. I am considering to sell the other one since
i will be useing only one. This site that i'm selling is graphically and service wise
the best site out there. You even get PHPLive help system, that will allow you to
track diffirent kind of data and provide live customer support for your customers.

Only thing you need from your server is PHP4 and MYSQL database, i can help
you install the site if you don't know how to. Now the question is how much
someone is willing to pay for this, if they think that its the best rake back site
that they have ever seen. The website comes with clever advertise txt too, so
only thing you need to do is to change the affiliate links. There is about 25 pages
of content on this site, only concentrated on rake backs. All content is good and
advertisement very clever. So how much are you people willing to pay for it. If
i like the prices i'm hearing i will go public with this and sell it.

What kind of traffic does the site get. What is it's page rank. What keywords is it high for. What current rakeback obligations does it have? And What is the site.

Also this should be in the poker affiliate exchange section

heh heh, i got you confused. It's not online yet and no domain. It's just very well
coded website. So don't expect much for people to pay.... Just want to know what
people would pay, not sure that i sell it yet. I would like to get a figure that you
would pay for your dream rake rebate site....

Honestly GodFather, I wouldn't pay very much for a site that is not established and indexed in the search engines. You can build a castle in the middle of the ocean and charge $20 a night to stay there, but if nobody knows about it you don't make a dime. However if you move your castle to the coast and market that you are only charging $20 a night, you will have more people than you can handle visit it and will have to raise your price until you reach equalibrium.

What I mean to say is that nobody will go to a site if they don't know it exists, just like how we cannot give a "value" to a site if we don't know what it looks like and how it's been marketed.

At the same time however if someone was looking to start a rakeback site and has no concept of coding or web design, they may be very well interested.

I think if the site's design and coding is there then it would not be unreasonable to sell it for a fair price. I suppose it is no different than if he came on and said I can design a site for you that makes offering rakeback very easy and has a database to keep track of your players and rake.

The only difference here is that his site is already designed.

I think you should be able to get at least $500.. If it has nice functions and stuff even more. One would save a lot of time by buying a ready-made site.

But I haven't got a clue really it was just a guess.
