Funny you say that, I saw you come up on there as number 1. I'm number 2 because I typo'd it in one of the tags for the site! It comes up as jospeh hachem.
I'm only concerned if they come after me

As long as you don't purport yourself to "BE" that person they can't really do much other than ask for the name. Just make sure to report factual info and don't slander anyone.
The way I see it, if you make 4-6 months of income from it and then come knocking asking for it. Give it to them and be happy with the result!
I've had good success with a few of these final table players names in different formats (
blogs, contests, etc.). Some of them have been high profile campaigns with press releases, etc. I'd imagine I would have heard from Hachems camp by now if they really had a problem with it.
I know Hachem has a TEAM of advisors now including PokerStars as a sponsor. I think at this point I would have heard from at least ONE of the final table players by now if they really wanted their names. If nothing else, I'm guessing they're more concerned with the outright spelling of their names vs. my hyphenated versions.
Only time will tell.
