I dont know any html
Other than the basic design layout no html knowledge is needed all you need to know how to do is use the html editor that is integrated into the script. I can help you integrate the design for a extra fee for my time.
Why shouldnt i just go to rentacoder or scriptlance to get this designed ?
For one the cost will be pretty monstrous and usually they wont program it the way you want it. Ive done this many many times and each time i come out a loser or feel i have wasted my money. Those service results may very but i havent been successful thus far.
