Looking for Paid Mods

hey i am looking to take my forum to the next level and realize that i am going to need some help in doing this. I am in search for some mods that will run my forum which is located at http://www.taketherakeback.com then click the forum link. Mod's will be paid from 50-100 dollars a month based off of how they perform for me, I am looking for 1 maybe 2 mods that will show dedication and make my forum a popular one within the industry. Reguirements to get paid are 200 posts a month, and bringing on at least 20 new members per month. Anything above that will be a bonus which could help you reach being paid 100 dollars a month. well i thought maybe the mod could help bring in new members as well, like his buddies, I guess if it is a problem I would lower it to 10 new members a month. This doesnt seem too dificult to do at all. Would anybody be interested. I am doing everything that I can to get my site ranked by time of googles next update, would u be interested if it was 10 new members a month?

why wouldnt anybody be interested? John D asked for mods here the other day and got 2 new mods for his forum... how come this cant work for my forum? because its based around rake back? if it is then that is a terrible excuse. I am offering to pay.
