It is with great regret that I have to sell one of my poker sites, RakebackBob.
Rakeback Bob is a rakeback affiliate directory.
A rakeback affiliate gives poker players a % back of what they pay to the room for each hand they play.
Rakeback is very popular with poker players and is growing at an amazing rate, so now is a great time to get into the rakeback market.
The site is totally custom from the design to the front-end to the admin panel, everything has been designed from scratch and specifically for Rakeback Bob.
A lot of work has gone into the site, it has been in planning since early this year and I have had a number of people working on the site and it has turned into a great, automated business.
The reason for sale is I have a rakeback directory advertising on another site of mine, DeuceAce.com and they would rather I didn’t run a related site while they are advertising.

Custom CMS
The site is driven by a fully custom system that has had a lot of work and planning put into it to make it as easy as possible for users to search for affiliates/deals, allow affiliates to submit their deals and company details quickly and easily and to allow the admin to review then accept, reject or contact one or all affiliates.
The system is coded in PHP and the front-end is fully integrated with the design using easy to edit templates and coded with CSS.
The front-end can be tested using the site, www.RakebackBob.com and a demo of the admin panel is available to serious bidders only.

Affiliates also have their own admin panel with a login, once logged in they can add new rakeback deals, change company details or edit current rakeback deals. This allows for full automation meaning when affiliates update or add new deals, you don't have to offer support by manually changing.

Revenue and Account Details
Accounts
There are currently 28 affiliate accounts in the system.
Each account has a very minimum of 3 rakeback deals, most have a lot more
Renewal dates are available on request for serious bidders, most are required to renew and pay for their account in under one month so this will bring a lot more revenue, I know most accounts I talked to are interested in renewing and paying for their listing and a few have emailed me asking to renew already.
October Revenue: $952.71 USD (Converted from GBP in Neteller)
September: $921.55 USD

Additional Information
Revenue would have been a lot higher but I just moved to a new house and I haven't had the internet for over one month, I still don't so it doesn't make it easy to work on the site right now.
I think because of this the new owner will be getting a great deal, if it wasn't for this the overall revenue would be adding a lot more to the value.
I will help the new owner take control of the site and get things going as well as provide free hosting on my server for up to 6 months or if needed, I can help with the transfer of the site.
I give a lot of time to people that buy sites off me, I have sold a lot of sites over the years and I have a good reputation with the buyers of my sites.
A demo of the admin panel is available on request to any serious bidders only.
Details of my coder will be given to the new owner, he is experienced and does great work and most importantly meets deadlines for any work. I would recommend him for further work on the script as he is familiar with it, but of course you can use your own coder.
The CMS is 100% unique and full master rights will be given to the new owner. This is a huge part of the site value and I have included this in my valuation a lot more than anything else.
Traffic details are available by request but the value of the site for sale is in the affiliates rather than end users.

this could bring the revenue up a lot more, I don't have the internet right now so its
hard to work on the site.
Along with the $200 advertising I will include a link in the next DeuceAce newsletter which is sent too all
members, over 800 registered right now and its growing daily.

The site will also be added permanently to the directory on DeuceAce as a featured listing, worth another $49.95.
This is a great advertising package that will really get the site going for the new owner as well as helping with SEO and ranking as DeuceAce does pretty well for poker.

I have had 2 bids of $1650 last night so I will be replying to both bidders, it's likely that one will be bidding up to $1700 but I will post any new bids
I have set the BIN at $10,000 which is less than 12 months revenue ($11245.56) which is an amazing deal with a fully custom CMS that has been in planning and development for a long time and allows full automation making the site a great money maker for the time it takes working on it.
I am also including $249.95 worth of advertising plus the email sent out to over 800 members (812 right now) which is a great bonus and will really help get a lot of traffic to the site, making the new owner more money.

I will be selling at the highest offer so the highest bid will win this site, I know every seller would say this, but this really is a great deal for a site making this money (Which is also recurring for all listings) and with a fully custom front and admin end.

The current offer is roughly 2 months profit, this would be a great deal even for someone to resell.
