Hi. I would be willing to sell my website, www.thepokerbookstore.com.

The site has about 100 unique visitors per day, and Top 10 Google rankings for the keywords "poker books" and "poker book"

Did this site recently start ranking high? I might be interested but something doesnt seem right with the links. You have a lot of high priority sites linking to you but no links pointing outward, which would explain your high rankings. Was the links page removed?

I am seeing some outbound links on the homepage at the lower right.

Those are more than likely purchased links. I'd hate to buy the site and all the sudden rankings start to drop because of P'od reciprocal link partners.

Here is the cache links page. I'm not trying to bust your balls, just want to make sure the buyer isnt getting duped.

It would be a nice buy if the rankings stay.

The site exists since several years.
None of the links are purchased links.
The site has Top 10 Google rankings for more than two years
