OK This is my story in regards to pokeraffiliate.com / aka pokerroom/ europoker ect
In November last year I requested a bonus code for pokerroom.com, I was denied, and was told I had to have 3 sign ups before they would do this for me , fair enough, I was brand new on the scene at that point. December comes , I have more than 3 sign ups and I request a bonus code I get an email saying:

WELL ERR excuse me but Ive being using this code ever since and I know for a fact that Ive had at least 4 sign ups from that code alone,
Every time I email support it takes stupid amounts of time to get back to me, I am not bugging them, It takes like it seems up to 2 weeks to answer any requests, the thing is they are doing this moving up the ranks thing at the moment , seems a litle suspicious, anway today I finally get an email back today:

As you can see in "My Account" at PokerAffiliate.com there is a distinction between tracker name and promo code. The answer from us was not clear-cut stated and we do apologise for this.
If you want, I can change the promo code to PBD.

Well, excuse me but I have webstats and I know that I have sent quite a lot of players through for you and it is showing for me 0 for like 3 months = not possible
I know for a fact that I have sent at least 100 players to poker room / europoker and holdem in the past month or so so tell us what is going on???
We know you had a stats problem but that doesnt explain mine or many other querys in this forum.....
