My site is ranking a PR10

Just went on my site and the toolbar is howing a 10/10. I am a little concerned that something is happenig, any ideas what or why?

Nevermind back to normal......that's really odd...why did it jump like that I thought the updates were done with and the fluxuations were over.

Ya funny...actually more like scared the hell out of me thinking something very bad was about to happen. I know I can not rank a 10 so I kept refreshing to make sure the green was still there

The googletoolbar is still buggy from what I gather and is not always 100% accurate.
