If you want to check why the SEO score is the way it is click on the Seo score text box a little further down the page on the right hand side. A pop up will come and it will go through your site one by one as to what the errors are that need to be corrected.

I think you're right there - my meta relev was very low because I was using too many keywords. I'm sure if you only use one or two your score is higher provided your content is relevant.
