looks like your keyword is "freerollnews". I don't think any one searches for that so I'd definitely change that.

Get a game plan first, do a little research, don't just read the one article I sent you to, read the whole site until you understand it, at least the seo stuff. Randy really knows what he's talking about.

from what i see you have more then 200 keywords on your main page , thats is way too many , cut it down to 6 or 8 good ones .

It's all about keyword research and one way links. SEO is always changing. Right now it's article marking, link exchanging and Web 2.0 is coming on very strong.

It's taken me years to learn the more advanced stuff and I am still learning. I am fascinated with SEO and am starting to see more and more success as my journey goes along. I love it!
