non-informative title tag error

In my webmaster tools, it listed an error that I had a non-informative title tag for my homepage. I have since fixed this, and it says my site has been crawled after I fixed it. The error is still showing in my webmaster tools.

I was ranking well for some keywords and basically dropped off the map after it showed the error. It says my homepage is still indexed...was thinking when it got recrawled that the error would go away.

Do I just need to give it time?

I'd say 'probably.'

I've had a few instances in the past when Google has told me that my site has been crawled and the changes I've made haven't show in my Webmaster Tools until a few days afterwards.
