Do these type of sites hurt serps, PR, etc.?

You know the sites that show web results.

Example:
http://www.aeterna-tech.com/Poker/pa...oker-bonus.php

This ends up showing my site for "Paradise Poker Bonus" search listing. I'm going to guess its MSN results, because I'm all over MSN serps.

The point is, do these type of pages ultimately hurt? If so I'm being hurt in a big way. There are tons of these type of pages out there.

Some folks think so, so folks think not. They are inevitable though if you rank well.

Just from my experience & what I know about the SE's, I'd say they don't hurt anything.
I don't think they really help much either though, except for the occasional clickthru?

I never worry about'em.

I sure wouldn't want to have a "link to them" from my site though.

They say any inbound link is likely not to hurt you, but these sites are really all over the place. Just gotta wonder.
