im not sure how to ask this question but im trying my best so hopefully someone will understand.

for ex. if i serch MSN in google we get this result:

MSN.com

MSN is Microsoft's portal, offering MSNBC News, sports, MSN Money, games, videos, ... MSN.com Slideshow. Did Stores Hush Up Credit Card Heist? ...

can anyone tell me how to make this part :

so if someone serch our site the result comes in different links

Those are Site links that only Google can add. If they think the content is uselful that is.

I think you are refering to Google's Sitelinks.

From Google, "Sitelinks are additional links Google sometimes generates from site contents in order to help users navigate your site. Google generates these sitelinks periodically from your site's contents.
Because we generate sitelinks dynamically, this list can change from time to time."

It's up to Google if they want to give you Sitelinks.
