Does this re-direct do the same thing?

I want to 301 redirect some pages on one of my sites. I was going to insert "Redirect 301 /poker.htm http://www.mysite.com/poker/" into the .htaccess, but then saw that bluehost.com has an easy option to do it.

When I use the easy option, the code that bluehost puts in the .htaccess is:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mysite.org$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.mysite.org$
RewriteRule ^poker.htm$ "http\:\/\/www\.mysite\.org\/poker\/" [R=301,L]

Is one option better than the other, or doens't it matter? I'm trying to switch from domain.com/poker.htm to domain.com/poker/

Also, does it matter where the 301 redirect code goes in the .htaccess (I already have the code in there for redirecting non-www to www)?
