This article is titled "SEO Basics in 45 Minutes", but it's written from the perspective of debunking a number of SEO myths. SEO Basics in 45 Minutes was originally a presentation from Jill Whalen, but the version I'm linking to below is a summary of her presentation from SitePro News from Kalena Jordan. I don't agree that all of the "SEO myths" that Jill and Kalen debunk in this article are myths, and I don't agree with all of the advice in the article, but it's not a bad little article to read. It's a great jumping off point for discussion too.

"Don't make your title tags less than 10 words"

Not sure I agree with this statement. Any opinions?

I'm not sure I agree with it either. I don't like my title tags to have ellipses... at the end of them in the SERP's pages.
