Site redesign and search engines

I just redesigned my site and uploaded completely different pages, i was second in msn for poker stores, and first in a not well know keyword that got some good hits (gotta stay quiet on it though) and now I a getting no traffic at all from search engines. I am guessing this is normal, but just looking for some reassurance and answers. Also any ways that i can make this help me?
edit: uploaded within a week if that helps
