Nice article Randy. Being my first site I find that I am constantly moving thing around in my 'Pyramid' though this more as my site takes its final direction.
As you stated I started with a general poker site but now I have a theme to it that is a kinda niche and will become more apparent as the pyramid grows.
I know its been mentioned (by you I think) about how affiliates should have more than one site, to help with sand boxing & SEO changes ect. Do you think your 'pyramid' would come into effect too?
