Now it has been updated for my sites at least.. TheFreePokerroom.com went from 0 -> 3.. Pretty much what I had expected..

I'd say give it a few more days Justin. OhioStatePoker is linked from our homepage as a featured site and that is PR5 right now, as well as the actual review page it is on has a PR. I've also seen your site's link on a few other members sites that have Google PR.
