Folder question

Say i have a folder called "blah blah blah" for all my images, does it matter to spiders if it looks like "blah%20blah%20"??? how do I keep it with thoose spaces not "%20"

use a dash instead of a space -
Blah-Blah-Blah

or an underscore Blah_blah_blah or don't use a space at all BlahBlahBlah

Yes, it makes a difference, and use a dash, not an underscore.
