You have to write an XML tree for your site. Don't worry, it's not hard, just use a text editor and follow the example below:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<urlset xmlns="http://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap/0.84">
<url>
<loc>http://www.example.com/</loc>
<lastmod>2005-01-01</lastmod>
<changefreq>monthly</changefreq>
<priority>0.8</priority>
</url>
<url>
<loc>http://www.example.com/foo.html</loc>
<lastmod>2005-01-01</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
<priority>0.6</priority>
</url>
</urlset>
Just repeat the
... elements for each of your pages. The lastmod, changefreq and priority lines are optional. The changefreq can be always, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or never. The priority is a value from 0.0 to 1.0 rating relatively how important each url is to your site (i.e., don't just rate all pages as 1.0 or it doesn't tell Google anything useful).
