Yeh I have noticed that site too.
Now that I look closer I can see whats happened. The guy has recently bought the site or domain, or stolen it, or already had it. It has 2200 incoming links, all music related, which I guess the site used to be too given the domain name. Also these links are all one way links as I don't see any links page, (probably deleted too). It also has PR6 which would have been awarded at the last PR update, and a good alexa rank, it was also registered in 1999. Looks like the guy has basically spammed every poker related keyword he can think of, which is a bit strange considering most of his affiliate links are for casinos. Don't see how that could last in the long term, probably someone looking for a fast buck.

It's still ranking somewhere? I thought it was already banned. It appeared around November 27th, but has been gone for several days where I saw it. Is there an example search where it still shows up?

(In Google I mean... it could be in Yahoo in MSN.)

I can't find an example, but I definately saw it yesterday, when I was looking for links, and thinking wtf. It is not "banned" if a site is banned from google the PR box is greyed out. It could have dropped ranking though.
