According to my stats, since December 18th until today I have recieved 67 unique hits from "googlebot.com" .... I was wondering if these are good numbers from google bot. Should I be expecting a lot more traffic? Does this mean I will have some sort of PR when google makes its next update? I actually hired some SEO experts on rentacoder.com to SEO my site for me for a relatively cheap price, I hope I have at least a PR3 by the next update. Am I on my way?

i wouldnt count on a page rank in the next update! my site gets crawled a few thousand times a month and i havent got a page rank yet, i dont know for sure just going off my stats, someone else that knows more about this may be able to elaborate more!!!

Getting pagerank is fairly simple. You need to have other sites with pagerank linking to you. Really that is it......fairly simple.
