indexing question

I have a page with a pr of 3. I have several new pages( on seperate URL's) that have not been indexed yet.
Will this work...
Link to those pages from my PR3 page until they get "hit" so the SE's know they are there, then remove the links. ( i dont neccesarily want the pages associated.)

Hi Caz

The general rule is - the more "established" the page you are linking from, the quicker you will find the page you are linking to being indexed. I generally find that purchasing a directory link from one of the more established directories helps (also an article in a regularly crawled article database). If the page you will link from is regularly crawled, it should work although it is probably not a great idea to "lose" links that google and Yahoo have credited to the new page. So I guess I am saying it should work but it may be better in the long run to link from somewhere where the link will be retained.
