Thanks Nick, but I still don't understand where they are submitting it to? In that article it starts off with how the writer says he was rejected at first and it took him a while to get in. Who was he rejected by? Considering there's a whole page on google news that says they do not use people to decide what news is chosen and this it's simply a computer algorithm.
