Static URLs are always good, but one thing I'm very skeptical of is changing URLs of already existing pages.

PAW uses the same rewrite system as that forum, see www.vbseo.com.

I saw on another vb forum that the links for the topics are like this:

this is new for me... is this thing better for seo/google?
