Building a google sitemap manually

Does anyone know of a good tool to aid in building a sitemap manually. I have a joomla site and there are components for joomla to do an automatic sitemap, but I'm not very happy with them currently. The largest reason I guess is that they don't seem to pick up my joomfish translated urls very well.
I figured, it would be easiest to do the thing manually. So I'm looking for a tool (website, joomla component, stand alone executable, anything) that would allow me to paste in an URL and automaticlly determine the stuff that needs to be in the sitemap.
Any suggestions?
