Actually we are marketing italian and hungarian market and we are looking for partners to implement our business.

At every partners is assigned a country. A partners must promote and update the website in country mother language.

do you believe i'm a scam. Fine.

here my brief story :

I'm Luca from italy, software programmer and webmaster in business field since 1996 as affiliate. A investor ask me to open a italian poker room. So i had contact some white label provider and i'm scammed two times !

1) First time DGS Dynamic Gaming System i had pay 15.000 $ fee and the company goes in bankrupt a week prior our start. In january 2008.

2) Second, we had buy a white label for mypokerprofit, and we had opened a prima poker skin. Fee 25.000$. Fine after ten day of work on line THUSK INVESTEMENT that provide us a skin goes in liquidation.

Ok now i had spend 40.000$ of dollar. And nothing.

So i start with boss media software and a company trusted that provide us client. But the idea start, we marketing only italian market, why don't exand our business in other country ?

So a sort of joint venture. Mainly :
1) Every partners had exclusive country.
2) Every partners receive a copy of contract that we signed with provider
3) Every partners receive an agreement od us.
4) Every partners must not break rule.
5) Every partners access control panel of poker room.
6) Every partners must pay a part of 1500 € montly fee due to boss media.
7) Every partners receive entire commission!!! as i receive for italian players.
8) There is a common bank for future implement.And the start up fee is accumulate in sepate bank.
9) Every partners manage promotions and their private tournaments.

We need build also our online casinò and sportbook.

If we think about ad advantage :
1) We divide expense.
2) We gain major revenue. Infact the % of revenue that start from 65% is increment about total rake.
3) We build a mutual database player very huge. So we acquire marketing weigth to trade eventually with other provider.

So first to label me as a scam please if you have any doubt ask me more info.

Idea is simple small member to build a empire.

If you want work alone, fine prepare your 50.000 € and pray, because in this field is very hard to find a right solutions!

I cant picture 10 people having equal investment in one company with each partner also being able to make decsions without headaches. That just seems like way to much to me

What I do suggest Luca is you hire someone who is fluent in English as well as other languages if need be to write up your articles or do some marketing for you. If I only read the first post above I would have thought it was a scam because the sentances were a little difficult to understand.

But sure it's hard have 10 people that have equal investment in one company and to make decision without headaches.

We can divide Share Decision and Indipendent Decision.

Indipendent decision is bonus, rakeback etc for their players.

Share decision is keep trought weigth of partners.
Suppose we have 3 partners

Italian
Hungarian
English

And we have to choose if implement or no online casinò using the monye of common bank.
Suppose that we assign 20 % share at every partners.
The remain 40% is calculate in base at rake generated in relation to total rake.

I know is to hard, but is possible.

Many people have a dream to open a skin. But very few people know that is a very hard to open. And there is a lot of provider around on line.
If you want join big provider, greetings. He may not answer you.
If you want join one of hundred small provider, prepare your money in average 15.000$ for a product that not guarantee a player liquidity.

Only work togheter we can had advantage.

I forgot to tell in the previous post, that we are opening only for 5 master member.

Manage 10 master member is very hard.

For now we had 2 master member :

1) Me, Italian Market
2) Hungarian market
